  • Business Data: We store the contacts, jobs, expenses, invoices, and notes you enter into the system. This is your proprietary data.
  • Payment Information: We do NOT store your full credit card number. Payment processing is handled by our third-party partner, Stripe.
  • Usage Data: We may collect anonymous metrics on how you use the app (e.g., "created a job") to help us improve the user experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
  • Process your transactions and manage your subscription.
  • Send you technical notices, security alerts, and support messages.
  • Respond to your comments and customer support requests.

3. Data Stewardship & Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share information with third parties in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We use trusted third-party companies for hosting (Supabase), payment processing (Stripe), and email delivery. These providers have access to personal information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information. Your data is encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest where applicable. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
